We provide Reiki and meditation services designed to support relaxation, wellbeing, and personal growth.

Our services are complementary therapies and are not intended to replace medical or psychological treatment.

Our services:

You agree that you are responsible for your own health decisions and will seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

3. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You are participating voluntarily

  • You will provide accurate and relevant information (including health information if requested)

  • You will inform us of any conditions that may affect your session

You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after sessions.

4. Consent to Treatment

By attending a session, you consent to receiving Reiki or meditation services.

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings are made through our website or by contacting us directly

  • Payment may be required at the time of booking or after the session

  • Payments may be processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal)

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. We ask for the following:

  • At least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee (up to the full session fee)

We reserve the right to waive fees at our discretion.

7. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late:

  • Your session may be shortened

  • The full session fee may still apply

This ensures fairness to all clients.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session if:

  • We believe the service is not appropriate

  • There are safety concerns

  • There is inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from your use of our services

  • You agree that participation in sessions is at your own risk

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:
