At Willow Roots Reiki & Meditation, your time and wellbeing are deeply respected.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session cost, as this time has been reserved especially for you.

No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the full session fee may be retained.

Workshops & Special Events
Refunds for workshops, group sessions, or special events may vary and will be outlined at the time of booking.
